Regents Exam Exemptions

Please complete this form if you took a Regents exam in June 2021, and would like your transcript to reflect an exam exemption (EX) instead of your earned score.

Requests for June 2021 exemptions must be submitted by Friday, July 2nd, 2021.

Please note:  Students are eligible for Regents exam exemptions in June 2021 if they pass the exam's corresponding course.
