senior Family college planning night

Families of seniors who are planning to apply to college this fall are invited to attend a presentation by the high school counselors and a local financial aid expert on Wednesday, September 10th, at 6:30pm.

The information shared will give families a preview of what their seniors will learn about in their individual senior meetings with their counselors.

College Fairs

During their junior meetings last year, students were instructed to come to their senior meetings with their list of the colleges they plan to apply to ready to go.  Seniors who still have to finalize their lists are encouraged to attend one or both of the following events:

  • Eastside College Fair, hosted by Jamesville-Dewitt High School on Monday, October 6th, 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
Starting in October, mini college fairs will be held at the high school during SALT on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  The visiting schools will be announced during SALT presentations, and students can check their Scoir accounts any time to view the dates of college and military visits.

Athletes

Prospective college coaches may request a transcript.  However, NO transcripts are available to coaches without a signed athlete parent permission form for students under 18 years old.
