The East Syracuse Minoa Central School District Strategic Plan for 2023-2028 is our blueprint for achieving our vision of being “an exemplary student-centered learning community whose graduates are future focused and ready to excel in a complex, interconnected, changing world.”   This plan has been developed through shared leadership among many stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, staff, students, alumni, family members, and community partners.  

The priorities identified in our Strategic Plan guide our work at the district, building, department and individual level, including the alignment of our time, resources and energy to support the identified priorities. It translates our intentions into action steps for continuous improvement. 

From start to present, a hallmark of the District’s Strategic Plan has been the forging and nurturing of partnerships with parents, families, community organizations businesses and higher education.  Each year, we ask our stakeholders to provide feedback in multiple ways. If you would like more information or would like to be involved in our Strategic Plan, please contact N.
