District Financial Information

The New York State requires that all school districts provide the following financial information. Hard copies of the documents are available to anyone without internet access at the District Office located at 407 Fremont Rd, East Syracuse, NY 13057.

The district's website is ADA compliant. Accomodations for anyone with a disability or limited english proficiency who is not able to access the plans via the district's website can be made by contacting the Executive Director of School Business Administration at 315-434-3004. The district has multiple translation and interpretation services available.

The district created an ESSER ARP Federal Grant Investment Plan to summarize the grant development process and solicit stakeholder engagement and feedback.  A Public Hearing on the Updated Plan was held on June 13, 2022.

BUDGET TRANSPARENCY REPORT

Districts are required to publish their New York State School Funding Transparency Forms in full, and in Excel format, on their district websites for at least one full calendar year. In addition to the Excel file, the narrative report (PDF) is available.

FOUNDATION AID INCREASE INVESTMENT PLAN

Reserves Plan:
The Board of Education periodically reviews and updates the ESM Reserves Plan as part of an ongoing strategic financial planning process. The most recent Reserves Plan was approved at the December 11, 2023 Board Meeting.
