Dear Woodland Families, I hope this message finds you and your family well. As we embark on a new school year at Woodland Elementary, we are filled with excitement and optimism about the 2025-2026 school year. It has been an absolute honor to serve as the Principal of Woodland over the past couple of years. I feel incredibly grateful for our community and the support I’ve received from our students, families, and staff. Watching our students grow, learn, and thrive has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career to date. Reflecting back over the last few years, I’m proud of all we’ve accomplished together. We’ve focused on creating a school environment where every child feels included, supported, and inspired to do their best. I’m eager to continue building on this momentum and to further strengthen the positive, inclusive culture we’ve established as well as continuing our work with Professional Learning Communities. Maintaining strong communication with families remains a top priority for us. Family involvement and support are essential to creating the best possible experience for our students. As we gear up for another great year, please continue to check Parent Square and our monthly newsletters for important updates, event information, and schedule changes. We want to ensure you’re informed and engaged every step of the way. A quick reminder: student drop-off will take place between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m., with the school day officially beginning at 7:45 a.m. Thank you for being such a vital part of the Woodland Elementary community.
