• Health forms and current shot record

• 1 pair of underwear in a clear Ziploc bag labeled with your child’s name

• Email a picture of your child (hschober@esmschools.org) *before September 1st, please

• 1 roll of paper towels 

• 1 package of baby wipes

• 1 Plastic 2 pocket Folder (any color)

• 1 Container of Play-Doh Brand Play Dough- any color (4 oz)
