ESM’s Spartan Stage presents Disney classic “The Little Mermaid” on February 26, 27 and 28 at 7 p.m. plus a matinee on February 28 at 2 p.m. The show is in the ESM Central High School auditorium at 6400 Fremont Rd, East Syracuse.

Spartan Stage brings the beloved film to life with everyone’s favorite songs and many new pieces written by Alan Menken.

The stage adaptation follows the familiar tale of Ariel, an adventurous mermaid who dreams of life on land and falls in love with Prince Eric. The musical also deepens her relationships with her family and friends, especially King Triton and Sebastian. The show is colorful and full of music, dance and humor that is sure to keep even the youngest theatre fans engaged.

Tickets are $10 online or $12 at the door.With imaginative staging, colorful costumes and creative choreography that mimics life under the sea, the musical brings Ariel’s journey to the stage in a way that feels both nostalgic and newly immersive.
