Art Students Earn 81 CNY Awards
ESM Art students had another outstanding showing at the CNY Regional Scholastic Art Awards. This year, students earned 81 Awards including 21 Gold Key pieces, 25 Silver Keys and 35 Honorable Mentions including four portfolio awards: 1 Gold Key, 1 Silver Key Portfolio, 2 Honorable Mentions.
All Gold Key artwork will go on to compete at the national level. More than 5,000 individual entries from 14 Central New York counties were submitted for judging.
Visit the winners’ exhibition for free at Onondaga Community College’s Whitney Applied Technology Center now through February 27. (4585 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.)
