Strategic Plan

The ESM Board of Education approved a multi-year strategic plan with priorities and goals for the District, as well as action steps to achieve the goals on June 30, 2008.

This strategic plan is intended to be a teaching and learning blueprint for the future and allows us to assess and adjust our direction in response to a changing environment.

The strategic plan includes a set of beliefs, a mission, a vision, and more importantly, the goals and activities that are necessary to fulfill the mission.

Action teams are working diligently to implement the District's strategic plan key initiatives. Each action team is comprised of students, parents, staff, community members, business leaders and higher education representatives. The action teams are (Select link below for more information):
