The Brower Buzz...

Good-bye winter, Hello Spring,  We had a pretty mild winter and it looks like we are going to have a wonderful spring.  The weather has been beautiful and sunny.  Lets hope that we have more sunny days than wet.  As you know...April tends to be very wet.  Lets hope it is at a minimal.
Your children have been doing a wonderful job.  They have really grow since the first day or even the first months of first grade.  You can tell that they are really ready for second grade.    We still have three more months of school so they will continue to be pushed to learn all they can and continue to do their very personal best.
Please continue to check their folders and homework each night.  Also, unless your child attends AIS reading, they are sent home with reading books each night to practice.  Many of them are forgetting that they have books to practice.  Please remind them to do so.  They also need to be reminded to bring their reading books each day.  Many of them are still forgetting.  It is difficult to complete a reading lesson with them when they havent read the books or dont bring them each day.
