Welcome to 6th Grade Choir with Miss Ciarrochi

Welcome Parents and Students!!

I am so excited about the work my 6th grade choir is accomplishing.  We have learned several musical concepts during our rehearsals and have learned many of the foundational skills necessary for the students to begin reading music on their own.  We are taking time to work on sight-reading music every rehearsal and we all feel like progress is being made!

We are working hard on the music for our first concert.  The concert is Thursday, December 10th at the High School Auditorium.  Students are asked to report at 7pm to the small cafeteria (at the high school) wearing black bottoms and white tops.  It's going to be a fantastic performance.  I can't wait for you to hear them sing!

We also had several students perform at the Project 7 kick off at Barnes and Noble.  Rochella Garafallo, Kelsey Hall, Joey Lee, Caroline Meyers, Hannah Owens, Katina Shiomos and Riley Simone all sang beautifully.  Stay tuned for more performance opportunities!
