    After 14 years of co-teaching at the 8th grade level in all four content areas , I have finally landed and will be the co-teacher working with students in 8th grade ELA.  The focus of my involvement will be to work in conjunction with the ELA teachers on the teams to ensure that our 8th graders receive the support they need to be successful readers and writers.
