Pre-K Parent Information Night

The ESM pre-kindergarten program will host an informational meeting from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 2 in the Park Hill School cafeteria.

Parents will have the opportunity to ask questions following the overview of the 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old programs. Parents are asked not to bring children to this session.

A pre-kindergarten "open school day" for adults only is planned April 3. Parents will have an opportunity to see the pre-k program in action.

The program for 3-year olds meets twice a week. Parents remain at school during the second weekly session and meet with a parent educator. Parents interested in the 3-year-old children's program are therefore advised to visit both a children and a parent session. The children's session is in room 304 from 8:45 to 11 a.m. and from 12:15 to 2:30 p.m. The parent's program takes place in room 306 from 9 to 11 a.m., and 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Parents may observe the 4-year-old program from 9 to 11:30 a.m., and from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in rooms 301, 302, 303, 308, and 309. Parents interested in the program for 2-year-olds may visit room 103 from 10 to 11 a.m. and 1-2 p.m.

The "open school day" for parents interested in the 1-year-old program is April 3. Parents may visit room 104 from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
