Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts is a two year program designed to introduce students to the food service industry. Upon successful completion of the program the students earn six East Syracuse Minoa High School credits, 12 Johnson and Wales trimester credits, a national ServSafe Certification offered by the National Restaurant Association. The students are also given the option of completing the New York State Career and Technical Education Certification.
