The East Syracuse-Minoa School district offers a multitude of musical activites. They include Concert Band, Stage Band, Pep Band, Marching Band, Woodwind Ensemble, Woman's Chorale, Chamber Choir, Concert Choir, Synergy (Jazz Vocal Group), and the annual Musical. The Music Department head is Mr. Steve Culhane, and the ES-M High School music staff includes Mr. Gibs Flock, and Mr. Irwin Goldberg.
