The Business Department is a broad and diverse discipline that prepares students for entry-level employment and /or post-secondary education in Business, Marketing and Computer occupations, to name a few. The concentrations in Business and Information Technology provide a variety of ways for students to meet graduation requirements while developing broad-based, transferable skills and specialized competencies. Student leadership development programs such as DECA, an association of marketing students, are an intergral part of the Business and Information Technology program.
To receive a 5-unit concentration, student must complete the following courses:
- Career and Financial Management
- College/Personal Use Keyboarding or Computer Applications
- Plus sufficient additional credits from Business and Information Technology courses.
