Athletic Strength Club
mission and philosophy
The mission of the Athletic Strength Club is to improve the performance of our athletes and to promote physical fitness for all students. The club focuses on the use of weight training, speed and agility training, and plyometrics to improve performance. Participants can choose from various sport specific workout schedules.
The weight room is open Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 am and 3:30-6:00 pm.
TESTING WEEK SCHEDULE- will be posted outside weight room
SUMMER HOURS- 8 am-1:30 pm daily
6-8 pm Mon-ThursAdvisors: Mr. Eschbacher, Mr. Powell
