Vision Statement

The ES-M School District believes in the fundamental worth and dignity of each individual.
We are a community, which works together to educate its children to become life long, modern learners, who think critically, care deeply, act responsibly, and dream expansively.
It is our vision that the District will:
- Encourage all who work with our students, including parents and community, to maximize each individual's potential as a learner and citizen.
- Establish an environment reflecting ethical standards and appropriate values while promoting leadership skills, work ethic, and responsible behavior.
- Recognize, respect and respond to student abilities, backgrounds, interests and expressed needs through the use of a variety of teaching strategies.
- Foster the critical thinking, communication, problem solving and technological skills necessary for success in the real world.
- Oversee and manage the educational experience to create an environment that is ecologically and aesthetically conducive to learning.
